楊敏生,內蒙古多倫縣人🏃👲🏻,民進會員,门徒平台教授,博士,博士生導師🐵,河北省政府特殊津貼專家👨🏽🦲。兼任河北省林木種植資源與森林保護重點實驗室副主任🤌🏻,中國林學會林木遺傳育種分會常務委員,中國林學會楊樹委員會委員👨👨👧👧👆,中國林學會樹木生理生化專業委員會常務委員,河北省生物工程學會副理事長,河北省政協委員🙅🏼♀️。主要從事林木遺傳育種教學、科研和推廣工作,主持過國家自然科學基金、轉基因生物新品種培育重大專項子課題🏌🏿、“863計劃”子課題⛹🏿♀️🤷🏿、國家林業和草原局公益項目、農業部中德農業合作項目、教育部博士點基金⏱、河北省自然科學基金等國家及省級科研課題多項🦿。1項成果獲國家技術發明二等獎,主持完成的2項科研成果分別獲得教育部科技進步二等獎和河北省科技進步二等獎👖,主持及主研參加的6項科研成果獲省部級科技進步三等獎🍰。國內外學術刊物上發表學術論文200余篇🔐,其中SCI收錄論文40余篇;主編和參編學術專著6部。
